I ordered a salad with my pizza because I was trying to pretend I was making a balanced dinner, and it was a letdown. The lettuce was wilted, the tomatoes tasted like they’d been sitting around too long, and there was barely any dressing on it. The pizza was fine, but for what the salad cost, I expected it to be a lot fresher. I wouldn’t order the salad again.

Annoying it was. I tried to pay with my wallet and couldn’t, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

I was kind of let down by the cake. It tasted dry, like really dry, and for what it was, I don’t think it was worth it.

I ordered pasta from Valerio's thinking it would be a solid easy dinner, and at first I was like, okay, this looks decent. But then I took a few bites and honestly? Nope. I tried to make a reservation online, and umm, it just turned into a mess. The page kept glitching or acting weird, and then I never got a real confirmation after all that. it wasn’t worth the hassle, so we ended up going somewhere else

I was going to order from Valerio’s, but I called first because I have a dairy allergy and wanted to double-check a few things... basic stuff, honestly!!!
The person on the phone sounded kind of annoyed, and the answers were super vague?? They said it “should be fine,” but couldn’t really tell me about ingredients or cross-contact, which is exactly what I needed to know.

I ended up not ordering because I just didn’t feel safe. Allergies aren’t something to guess about!!! I really wish they took questions like that more seriously.

I tried placing an order over the phone it was kind of Frustrating. I got put on hold twice, and when someone finally picked up, he sounded super rushed and kept cutting me off. I asked him to repeat my order back and he seemed annoyed about it, which was off-putting. I ended up just hanging up and ordering from somewhere else. The pizza might be good, but the Phone service definitely needs some work.

The complaint process took way longer than I expected. Frustrating. I just wanted it sorted without having to wait around so much.
